Age 40 years, female. For the last 2 months, I have been experiencing sudden electric shock-like sensations from the lower back down to both legs. It happens occasionally and is associated with severe pain. I also feel tingling and numbness in the legs, and both legs often feel heavy. I do not have any known drug allergy.

Hello My father in law (age 75) had been prescribed two medicines separately by two doctors in a short time gap. I wanted to know whether these medicines can be taken together in a day or not. Doctor, I am experiencing a daily sleep disturbance. Every morning between 3:00 and 4:00 AM, I wake up with a distinct feeling of heaviness and numbness localized to the back of my head. The sensation is quite disruptive and prevents me from getting a full night's rest. I have noticed a specific pattern: when I wake up and transition from lying down to a seated position, the heaviness and numbness start relieving slowly and after around 1 hr I start feeling better.
