I am a financial analyst, doing a night shift, on logout early morning 5 clock,getting hungry  ,so I am having idly and bajj on road side,. suggest me a good diet so I can reduce weight and obesity

I am underweight

I dont feel hungry. My weight is only 42kg. Height 5'3". My age is 25yrs. Due to some reasons in past. I was in stress. I never had food on time. Now i feel really low and unconfident due my health. My HB is 8mg.

Very less weight

I have very less weight underweight please tell me remedy and Wat i shud eat and remedy for becoming fat
