My friend is a muslim, and he is 26yrs old and weighs around 57kg. Being a friend and was quite worried about his health (underweight and lean structure) I was asking him not to fast in the month of Ramadan, which is mandatory for them and they will fast for 30 days without taking anything between mong (around 4.30am) to eve (6.30pm)..
Will Fasting for 1 month affects his health??
