Anal issue deected from MRI Perianal region.
Pain, discomfort , constriction , injury wound type lump
No constipation , no blood . MRI REPORT attached.
MRI report indicates: CRYPT ABSCESS AND NO OBVIOUS FISTULA COLLECTION. mri report attached.
But Proctologist doctors saying ; intersphincteric fistula posterior low is present where as MRI report by radioogist says no.
As a patient how do i go about , yes or no or any ,

"I have a small cyst in my testis, doctor did FNAC. Before my test, the doctor had done FNAC on another woman patient, and the doctor didn't change gloves before testing me. There was some blood-like substance on the gloves, and I am not sure whether the needle was changed or not. I'm worried about HIV.
I live in a mess with friends and I want to leave the mess and go home to my village to stay with my family. But after yesterday's FNAC test, I'm scared of HIV. I don't want to go home because I'm afraid I might infect my family.
Do I have any risk of HIV in this situation? If there is any risk, what should I do?

I'm suffering from swelling, redness, pain between upper two sides of buttock associated with fever and I've consulted general physician nearby. He has prescribed cefuroxime and pain killers for 10 days and I've undergone cbp and crp blood test as well. In cbp there is esoniphilia and crp is 29.5. Fever went down after taking antibiotics and returned again day before yesterday it's low grade fever at the evening and.
today suddenly I got a pimple between mid line of buttock and it busted and was bleeding and pain all of a sudden reduced. I'm bit worried as it was bleeding for few minutes and stopped and again after passing stools it bleeds for few minutes not from anus but from pimple from midline. Need guidance which Dr should I consult. Kindly help please. It's an humble request.
Hello Iam at week 5 after hemmorhoidectomy, anal dilation and spincterctomy.
My surgeon stopped the laxative after day 5-6
I never had any hard stools.. just had dry tip which caused pain at the start then the rest stool was normal and is normal now and no pain..
Just when i sit for too long i have pain and... It itches when i walk... And sometimes pricking sensation
How many days to be back to normal?
My father has undergone a mandibulectomy surgery where the fibula bone was used as a donor. The skin graft at the donor site is now (after 5 weeks) is said to be at partial loss, am worried how the area will heal now. Kindly provide opinion on the healing process now and whether any extra treatment is needed.
