I have severely yellow teeth and I want to clean them up naturally and over time. No procedure or chemical pastes. What should I do on a daily basis to whiten my teeth? I have mild forwardly placed upper front . I am 17+ years old . I want to know if I can use soft myobrace type blue trainer available online for rs 382 to correct it. Is it safe to use at night? I have attached my teeth photos. Please advise if trainer will help or I need braces. Thank you.
