53yrs female diabetic, hypertensive. All general blood parameters found within range after routine check up.
Diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy at C6C7 pain radiating from neck to shoulder then to bicep region.
Visited multiple neurologist and performed NCV, Xray , MRI like tests many times.
But every time every neurologist suggest pregabalin/Gabapentin and some pain killers.
Please suggest some treatment for it , preferably non surgical. Patient is suffering since a long time but no doctor is able to provide relief.
Sir,i have been suffering from head tightness for the last 30 years. It seems that the brain is stuck with gum and there is no flexibility inside the head. Moreover, when i touch my lower teeth with my tongue the teeth feel like numbness just like when the tea burn the tongue.that type of feeling i experience when i touch my teeth with tongue.But when i touch my upper teeth with tongue there the feeling is normal. Sometime the tightness is so severe that it becomes unbearable.Thirty year back i have gone through CT scan brain.but report is normal.i have taken lots of medicine but result is fruitless.please help

year ago had 162 pg/ ml so doctor prescribed
3 re-nerve plus injection. My current MMA -
481, active b12- 32, Homocysteine >50, folate - 1.19, ferritin serum 32.3. I have
been facing floating sensation for past 2 years
reduction in libido, pins and needles pain in
palms and feet and some time severe pins and
needle pain in penis after ejaculation
Already visited many doctors don't know which
doctor to visit. My symptoms are not getting
improved come and goes not able to judge what
is happening
Kindly suggest first course of treatment should
it be b12 injection or some other treatment like
oral supplements and also which doctor I have
to visit?
Hie, I Am unable to find out my exact health problem have consult many doctors, My all full body health checkup blood reports are normal but but I don't feel normal at all, I have accidity issue sometimes I feel shortness of breath head tightness specially if I go out I started feeling off balance or Tight head and neck and fear of dizziness. Sometimes for 1 to 2 min I get fast heartbeat shortness of breath and sweating in hand this all is happening since last 4 months. Also Bloating and Something weard noce in my ears during sleep especially when there is no sound around me. Are this Symptoms related to gut or nervous system.

Had some cuts at knee and feeling of chest muscles tightness/heaviness
Couldn’t walk for 2 weeks out of home
Then Visited a orthopaedic
He gave a medicine etodolac + thiocolchicoside
Initial few days were good, but one day suddenly had a panic attack like wanting to throw kicks and hands in the air etc
Stopped tooking those medication
Now the pain in the muscles and knee has all gone , No problem in walking, etc
Clear X-rays
But mind feels restrictive or hesitant while going out
Like the actions I used to perform before bed rest feels very heavy or sluggish on the mind etc.
