I have some tightness on my chin and below to lips and in one flat teeth after 5 days of removal of wisdom tooth. Doctor advised me to take neurobion forte. Will my nerve be alright as before with this medicine.
Hello Doctor, I have an impacted wisdom tooth that has been advised for surgical removal. I also think I may have cavities in some of my other teeth. I would like to get a complete dental check-up. Can you please: - Examine all of my teeth for cavities and gum problems? - Advise if I need a full mouth examination and an OPG (full mouth X-ray)? - Let me know which teeth need fillings, root canal treatment, or any other treatment? - Can the wisdom tooth surgery and complete dental evaluation be planned together? I have had pain on the right side of my forehead/temple for the last 2 days (pain around 7/10). I also have pain in my right lower wisdom tooth, which is partially erupted. I am not having fever, vomiting, blurred vision, or weakness. I had a cold a few days ago, but it has resolved. **Could the forehead pain be related to my wisdom tooth? What medicine can I take for temporary relief, and do I need to see a General Physician or a Dentist first?
Hello Doctor, Iam 30 yrs old men , I have had redness only at the tip of my tongue for the past 6 months. A dentist examined my entire mouth thoroughly, including the red area, and said everything looked normal. He prescribed Candid Mouth Paint, Vizylac tablets, and an anti-inflammatory medicine. The redness improved by about 80%, but it returned after stopping the treatment. Not completely resolved The redness is mild at rest but becomes dark red while eating. I have mild occasional numbness only while trying to touch the redness area by tongue, no pain, burning while eating, ulcer, bleeding, or discomfort. The red area has not increased in size over the last 6months. The 1 month before this redness I had a viral fever and took heavy antibiotics. I also have GERD (Grade A), gastritis, a previous H. pylori infection (treated and later tested negative), and eczema on my right-hand fingers. I ve attached the photo ... kindly advise me what to do...why it not disappearing
