MENISCUS TEAR KNEE PROBLEM

I just underwent an arthroscopic ALPSA lesion repair on my left shoulder using bio anchors. I've been prescribed Taxim-O, Movon-P and Chymoral Forte for a period of 10 days after surgery. Do I need to take the antibiotics for that long? Also, what is the reason for prescribing antibiotics after a surgery?

Lower back pain

2 weeks back I am diagonised with swollen L4, L5 disks as per MRI report. I took 10 days bed rest and generic medication as per neuron surgeon prescription. I felt OK so started going office from last 4 days. Now pain is back.Ocassionally getting knee pains. Feeling tightness in thigh muscles as well.

She has the habbit of diluting tiny biy of lime stone ( chuna) in her drinking water..coz somebody told her its good for body...but I m concerned...will it not cause any side effects or kidney stone?
