My grandfather fell from the roof. His spine is fractured, and both his arm and leg are also broken. He has stitches near his eye. One of his kidneys has been completely damaged. The doctors said that surgery would be extremely risky because, given his age of 85 years, he might not survive the operation. A doctor in Muzaffarpur has referred him to a hospital in Patna. Lower back pain with even 2min standing

Lower back pain from 2months - X-ray done -initial findings no nerve compression or disc issue -concluded muscle spasm. From X-ray spine is completely straight due to muscle stiffnes and the complete body load is coming on spine hence the pain. been advised for physics therapy for a week to relieve the muscle stiffness. Now after 1week physio also the pain is persisting. To clarify once again o don't have radiating pain to leg. After standing still for 5mins the pain travels from lower back towards toward front upper thigh from sides forming a C-Curvature path from back to front via sideways and ceases. I have taken pain killer, muscle relaxants , hot packs , physio , Multi vitamin tablets. Pls advise the next steps !!

For more than 1 year I have been suffering from back and left leg pain and numbness in my leg, I went to a spine surgeon and took an MRI and came to know that I have mild to moderate disc bulge along with nerve compression and prescribed a pain killer, muscle relaxant and supplements for a  month. Earlier the pain was more like intense tiredness like pain now the pain which I am having for the last 2 days is like shooting pain going from my buttock to my calf , I don't know if my symptoms are improving or not, I am still getting  pain and numbness and  I am worried that why the pain and numbness is not going. 15 days are left in my medicine to finish the course. Please help, thank you
