Over the past 3 months I had panic attacks with dizziness, chest pain, fear of death. Consulted ENT, Ayurvedic, Cardiologist, then Gastroenterologist. Endoscopy showed GERD, LPR, H. pylori. Anxiety reduced after diagnosis but intrusive thoughts began (vivid dreams/images of harming self/others, “what if” scenarios). No intent, but distressing.
Physical symptoms: chest pain, right-side neck/ear pain, one-sided head pain, fatigue, numbness, detached feeling. Labs: Vitamin D very low (14.99 ng/mL), calcium 9.9, B12 injections ongoing.
Medications: Nexito 5 mg (vivid dreams), Paroxetine ER 12.5 mg + Peelar 20 mg (worsened stomach), Magnesium glycinate (helped briefly, reduced intrusive thoughts last 2 days). Quit smoking/drinking 3 months ago.
Anxiety fluctuates; stress/news/work trigger panic (latest after office fight). Still working but fear losing control. Financial strain from repeated visits.
Which Dr to visit what to do further?

When I eat food I get chest pain.. sharp pain for atlist 2 -3 hours mostly happen if I eat spicy food and couldn't able to manage the pain.
I took rabies vaccine 5 days before. Before i reached the medical they already kept vaccine loaded syringes in a open plastic container. One ice packet also there. I saw one used syringe was there without needle in the same container.
So my vaccine loaded syringe, one ice packet and one used syringe without needle all are in a same container. The little moisture water also there due to ice packet. The used syringe may b used for RIG - rabies immunoglobulin to a patient.
If that used syringe is contaminated with hiv. Due to moisture Whole container and my vaccine loaded syringe will be contaminated? As all are in a same container.
How much risk for HIV and rabies for me ?
I am very much tensed after this incident. Please help and what step should i take now ?
