Continuous Sticky loose stool

Namaste Doctors, I am 26 years old and live a less active lifestyle nowadays and also, a work from home individual who spends mostly sitting in front of laptop. I have IBS issue from past. For last 2 and half weeks, I have been experiencing loose sticky stools, not in proper shape. I dont have any other complaints like stomach pain. I do have chronic gastric issue and sometimes, I take pan 40 for the same for some days and then, stop it. When i take isabgol water with mishri at night, i feel relaxed next day and i dont get sticky stools. But, if i stop taking it, that issue again comes back. Mostly, if i stay inside blanket sitting during work hour or sleeping, i get sounds from my stomach and feel like again getting "pet ki garmi". I don't do smoking or drinking. I was thinking of taking some prebiotics or probiotics and metronidazole for this but I'm not sure whether i should take. Could you please advise me what i should take for this problem? Thank you.
