Right Side Chest Pain
My mother is having pain on the right side of her chest and she vomited once. The pain comes suddenly and then stops on its own after some time. It is already late at night and we are not sure what we should do right now.

If you zoom the attached image you will see there is some inflammation around corona which fuse the outermost foreskin tip with shaft. I check this issue by uploading pic on chatgpt it is written as balanoposthitis symptoms. So i am confused if this is normal then no issue but if its a fungal infection so should i visit a dermatologist?
