Myopic Eye

I am having difficulty in reading far away texts or seeing far objects from 4-5+ years, I'm 18(male), I have attached the prescription but govt doctor still hasn't confirmed me for glasses, he told to visit one more time but didn't tell the reason and the visit date is unreachable for me, kindly tell me what to do next, i can do the remaining test from private, suggest what to do next.

Felt pain during icl procedure

Everywhere I read and from the posts and experiences I came to know that icl is painless procedure only little bit discomfortable. But fo me it was a horrible painful experience my eyes my jaw are hurting. I can feel pain an unbearable pain. Every time I was thinking when it will all stop. I already had two kids. I can tell you I know what bearable and unbearable pain is. I shouted a moment at a doctor that it's hurting. Why? Why it happened to me during surgery? After surgery no pain.

I have amblyopia in left eye vision 6/60 and in Right eye is also weak due to 5 times  CSR 6/36 vision during csr...i also have hemolytic anemia ( spherocytosis) by birth...im eligible for certificate or not
