My mom had got cataract operation 2 years ago and now she is having blurred vision again in the same eye. Can it be cleared by eye drop? What is the solution. Please advise.

I am having redness, watery eyes and swelling on eyes from last 8 days. I am doing cold compression, using nimoli white colour liquid and refresh tear and vigamox but it's not improving. Please suggest what is this is this eye flu or what?
