Yesterday My father had one tooth extraction and RCT of a tooth adjacent to it ..now he feels pain when the pain killer tablet relief goes off.. is it normal ? How long will this pain continue ? Pls advise

Actually my mother and father have went to Vellore for their checkup since 20 .days and this is the reason why it's so difficult for me to go to a good doctor I am living with my grandmother.
