Penis problem

I am 29 years old the matter is from teenage i started masturbation and porn in due course of time my foreskin came down completely. There is a gel or liquid kind of thing which makes foreskin cover the penis and at the bottom of the penis there will be some whitish foam or liquid which i unknowingly washed away while practicing masturbation. Now the situation is my genital hairs are sticking to my penis due to which lines and marks have occurred in penis along with some dirt I feel very uncomfortable and uneasy walking ,sitting and sleeping due to some sort of kind of pain when penis head is touching to the skin.My foreskin is not getting pulled back or covering penis due to loss of the elasticity.

Will earphones work or Only need headpho

Hi doctors, I have not been getting morning erections for the last 3 years. This started after I had recurring urine bacterial infections. I visited a government hospital urologist, and they told me they will do a test and asked me to bring headphones. I am confused about this requirement. I do not have headphones or earphones currently and headphones are expensive for me. My questions are: Do I need to buy headphones only, since headphones are more expensive, or will normal earphones also work? Will wireless earphones/Bluetooth earbuds work for the test?
