Hydronephrosis normal when post void

I had 14 mm stone in right ureter which was rirs 2 year ago. Since then i noticed then after just moderate water consumption before ultrasound right kdiney shows prominence of pelvicalcyal system. And after emtying blader there is just mild renal pelvis. Gfr is 100. Why my renal and calcyal system becomws prominwnt even by small amount of water before usg while left kidney remain normal. Is this sign of damage? Please reply !!

Granules tissue seen

Hi dr,my child is of 9 year old had surgical circumcision 2 months ago.... Dr,given rapid vicryl absorbable sutures... it's been 2 months their are granular bumps seen in outer ridge of his private part  these bumps are not increasing in size  and the child feeling pain when it gets touched these granular structures are not  flattening thats y we r worrying ....  I'm attaching the images kindly help out ...

I attached an Urine routine report and I had a recurring bacterial Urine infection and prostate bacterial Infection.infection cured Now I have a burning sensation after urine and I see bubbles in Urine Renel function test is Normal Should I go for a urine acr test ?or no need for urine acr test? and any other test you recommend? Suffering from frequent urination

I have a tendency to urinate 15-20 times a day. I have been suffering from this problem since school days. Worst part is that i have to wash my vagina everytime I urinate which is irritating as it keeps the panty wet. I avoid drinking water and suffer from dehydration. I have Ibs too. How do I stop this?
