I am getting different types of pains in penis base like sudden sharp/stabbing pain, weird vibrating sensation, pulling sensation. All these comes when i do brisk walk, sudden movements and sitting anywhere. This started when i had loose stools->Anal fissure. Also stool is not fully evacuating.
