Both hand pains for more than a month?
I have both hands pain for a month. If i starin or walk my hands getting pain. 3 days before i went to hospital. Doctor suggested neurokind g. But pain not reduced yet. Could you pls suggest.

I had a very minor accident, which lead to a sprained wrist. Its been 3 weeks i am unable to put pressure on that hand. There is no swelling and i am able to make movement as well. However unable to lift anything. And sometimes it pains.
Feeling lower back pain during forward bending for last one month visited a local doctor and he gave me the medicines like neurokind lc , lumia 60k and tolagin 4. Also a Xray of L/S spine ap and lateral..I have done the xray and report says mild indentation of lower end plate of l4 and l5 What does it mean?? Iam attaching my x ray report... Kindly suggest me some medicine.
