Respiratory Tract Infection

Health Q&A
Taking crushed Pulmoclear with water

I am completely unable to sit up, and I cannot even sit in a slightly inclined position. I am taking Pulmoclear tablets, but I am unable to swallow them because I am lying completely flat. So I crush the tablet and mix it with water before drinking it. Is it okay to take it that way?

Asthma or not?

37F seeking a second pulmonology opinion. For 5-6 months I’ve had intermittent dry cough, air hunger, chest tightness/heaviness, mild breathlessness while talking, and upper back ache. Triggers include dust, incense smoke, and cold air; warm humid air helps. Occasional wheeze on forced exhalation. Slight nagging pain at back between the shoulder blades is also there. I also have hoarseness, voice fatigue, reduced singing ability, and a history of reflux. Pulmonologist suspects CVA...but is it possible to have asthma when all reports are normal? Including Ige? Please suggest as though I'm on treatment, I'm clueless on what's wrong with me ... Feno result is 17. Attaching pft report .

Breathlessness

So at times I get breathlessness and my chest becomes tight and stomach feels like there is no air inside I had been to a doc they took the IOS test and said the lungs are fine and there is a small difference between before and after taking inhaler . I am also on anxiety medication and she has now recommended Cipla f inhaler a steroid version sometimes the inhaler helps but sometimes it doesn't and the anxiety medicine does not help in reducing the breathlessness . What could it be is it asthama or anxiety ? I have been to many doctors and now I am confused !
