Pelvic floor surgery chronic tension
My muscles & spinchter aren't relaxing. & causing incomplete evacuation & cramps. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. I follow every advise by doc. Still there's pain. I've been taking laxatives daily for 2 years. Cremaffin plus causes diarrhea daily. All night it causes stomach cramps & I end up not sleeping well. I recently realized, I had the habit of half squatting while peeing. Like bending a little & standing. Since 7 years I have never sat down to pee. To avoid UTI. Could that have caused muscle disorientation & tension leading to chronic pain? If yes, will it not become like before? please guide how to relax again like it used to be 7 years ago. Please🙏 😭 I've been hopelessly undergoing surgeries. Again doc has told surgery. I might die if I keep undergoing surgeries so often. I have other surgeries to undergo for other issues too. It got delayed as I've been undergoing this surgery repeatedly. lost too much weight & weakness coz of pain & surgeries.

Lower abdominal pain radiating to legs
I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. Now doc told that in the wound area there's a dot like thing more like beginning of fistula. Which is causing incomplete evacuation. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. I really can't undergo another surgery for same. I have other probs & surgeries too.I have no bleeding or discharge.No much pain too. Is there any alternative way. Please suggest any non surgical cure 😭🙏
Pregnancy with kidney stones
My wife zainab malik last period date is 5th March 2026 She is having pain in back We went for sonography after prescribed by doctor It's 4.9 mm kidney stones Please check the report and confirm should we go with kidney stones treatment or should we wait for delivery only no need for any another treatment Pain is still there nearby back My wife drinks 9 glass of water She is around 6 month pregnant. Is there any precautions she need to take like avoid spinach, tomato , milk items etc? Kindly guide us Other fellow ex pregnant ladies are saying that pain will remove after delivery of 4 weeks We are not getting any way to take any decision Kindly guide what should we do for a healthy baby delivery and healthy mother
