I am 33 years old. My testosterone levels over the years have been: 476 ng/dL (2017), 422 ng/dL (2023), and 453 ng/dL with Free T = 10 pg/mL (2026). My recent hormone profile shows FSH = 19.6 (slightly high), LH = 8.01 (upper‑normal), Prolactin marginally high, and TSH = 10.068 (high, subclinical hypothyroidism). My semen analysis shows 2 mL volume, 200 million total sperm, 70% motility, 75% vitality, and 70% normal morphology. Given these reports, can you please advise: 1. Are my testosterone and semen parameters normal for my age? 2. Do these values indicate good fertility potential, erection strength, and libido? 3. Should I be concerned about high TSH and marginally high FSH/Prolactin? 4. Do I need further tests or treatment for thyroid/hormonal balance?"
Recently have got the tiny white bumps around the lower end of penis. Its not paining but was bit itchy which went off after applying candid powder. But due to pubic hair friction it occasionally becomes itchy and it becomes a bit red which is at the end of the penis. There is no pain but i see few other bumps but i am not sure if its a hair root or actually a bump. Assist what to do, or some kind of treatment.
Respected doctor, after masturbation got a soreness like discomfort at part of penile head section, it's more of feel like that part area has become over sensitive. This happened 8 days back, now it's bare minimum but it's still there if tapped or cloth gets rubbed. How long does this usually take to resolve?? I got no itching, no pain or discharge. Can anyone from medical field help ease my mind?
I have just recovered from jaundice (Hepatitis A, likely from contaminated food). My recovery took about one month—approximately 33 days from the time I tested positive until my SGOT, SGPT, and bilirubin levels returned to normal. When can I start being intimate with my partner?
