Dear Patient, Thank you for sharing your concern. White vaginal discharge can be normal, particularly when it is clear or white and does not have an unpleasant odour or cause itching, irritation, or pain. However, persistent or unusual discharge may sometimes indicate an infection or another gynaecological condition. I recommend consulting a qualified gynaecologist to identify the cause and determine whether treatment is necessary. Please seek medical advice promptly if you experience foul-smelling discharge, itching, burning, lower abdominal pain, fever, or unusual bleeding. Avoid self-medication, as treatment depends on the underlying cause. I understand your financial difficulties, and I encourage you to seek help without feeling embarrassed. You may consider visiting a government hospital or a public health facility for affordable medical assessment. Your health and well-being are important. Please do not delay seeking appropriate medical care. Warm regards, Dr. Fayyaz Sexology Clinic

White discharge on its own is usually normal, often linked to your cycle. But if it changes color, smells different, or comes with itching or burning, it points to an infection. Since you're married and this has lasted a while, a vaginal infection is worth ruling out. These are common and very treatable.
Next Steps
Keeping the area clean and dry, wearing cotton underwear, and avoiding scented soaps helps with ordinary discharge. If you notice itching, odor, or discomfort while urinating, a gynaecologist can examine you and prescribe the right treatment.
Health Tips
Please see a gynaecologist in person for an examination, since the exact cause can't be confirmed without one.
