Tadalafil may be appropriate for some patients with stable cardiovascular disease, but several factors must be assessed first: * Cardiac stability: Confirm that the patient’s heart failure is stable and that sexual activity is considered safe. * Blood pressure: Tadalafil can lower blood pressure, potentially increasing the risk of dizziness, fainting, or symptomatic hypotension when combined with antihypertensive medications. * Medication interactions: Tadalafil must not be combined with nitrate medications, such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide, or with riociguat. Caution is also needed with certain other medications. * Kidney and liver function: These may affect tadalafil’s suitability and dosing. * Diabetes management: Diabetes can contribute to erectile dysfunction, so glucose control and other underlying causes should also be reviewed. Recommendation: Obtain a medication review and cardiovascular assessment before initiating daily tadalafil. If the patient is clinically stable and his cardiologist considers treatment appropriate, a clinician can determine whether 5 mg daily is suitable. If chest pain, severe breathlessness, fainting, or other acute cardiac symptoms occur, seek urgent medical attention. If chest pain occurs after taking tadalafil, do not self-administer nitrates; inform emergency personnel that tadalafil was taken. Bottom line: Tadalafil 5 mg daily for one month is not automatically contraindicated by HFpEF, but its safety cannot be confirmed without knowing the patient’s cardiac stability, blood pressure, complete medication list, and renal function.

It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. Just taking allopathic medicines may not be helpful for the long term. It has lots of side effects and addiction issues. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You need an expert Sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician.
