No Orgasm Please Help
Until age 40, I felt deeply happy and fulfilled, with physical intimacy and emotional connection with my wife forming the foundation of my well-being. When she preferred intimacy once a month instead of our usual 3 to 4 times, I compromised out of love and spent four years suppressing my desires. This intense suppression severely damaged my mental health, causing chronic insomnia, anxiety, and distress that required psychiatric treatment and medications (including Nexito, Ventab DXT, Cloba-MT, Stalopam, and Rejunex). Today, my capacity for happiness feels shut down. Externally, everything may look fine, but internally I am constantly upset and find no joy regardless of the good weather or atmosphere. I face severe physical challenges, including low libido, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and pelvic weakness. Losing this vital connection has left me feeling hopeless, and I need help to rebuild my life.

In your case a successful treatment can only be achieved if your include your wife through out the treatment, without her no treatment will show a positive response.

Dear Practo User, Thank you for sharing your concerns so openly. Changes in intimacy, sexual desire, erections, ejaculation, and emotional well-being can occur together, and these concerns deserve a confidential and non-judgmental medical evaluation. In your situation, several factors may be contributing, including changes in sexual activity, relationship-related stress, sleep difficulties, anxiety, medications, and possible physical or hormonal factors. Symptoms such as low libido, erectile difficulties and premature ejaculation can also influence one another. A consultation would help assess your sexual and general health, current medications, lifestyle, sleep, stress levels and relationship factors. Depending on the clinical assessment, appropriate investigations may be advised, and treatment can be planned according to the underlying causes rather than treating each symptom in isolation. Please do not stop or change any psychiatric medication on your own. If you are currently taking prescribed medicines, their possible effects on sexual function can be reviewed with your treating doctor. With appropriate assessment and individualized treatment, many sexual-health concerns can be managed. You are welcome to seek a confidential consultation to discuss your concerns in detail and work towards improving your sexual and overall well-being.

It seems to be psychosexual dysfunction leading to ED, PE, decreased libido with other psychological changes. It needs to be addressed in a holistic approach for complete recovery otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your personal and sexual life. It can be due to decreased Testesteone level also. It needs to be addressed in a holistic approach for complete recovery. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician and sexologist.
