Acidity due toBlue light and Mind stress

Hi, I am suffering from very high acidity for 3-4 years (basically after covid WFH). Cherry on the ice I also got Lymp node TB a year ago, and TB medication had increased my acidity issue 10 times (during that period). I visited an experienced Gastroenterologist but he didn't find any big issues, so he just gave me anti-acid and laxative for my constipation; but all that was just a temporary solution. Recently, I have discovered that my acidity issue is not due to any stomach issues, but due to the stress on my mind. I have noticed my acidity increases almost instantly when : 1) I use any blue light immiting device, like phone, tablet, laptop. 2) When I work in low light, like an under table lamp. 3) Stress 4) And the worst among them is Anger, if I even get angry just for 5-10 mins, my acidity issue raises to such a level that even taking anti-acids doesn't work. Is there any solution to this problem, To whom I should consult?

Headache with scalp pain

Hello Doctor, I would like your advice regarding some symptoms I am experiencing. This week, I started feeling heaviness and pressure in my head, along with localized scalp pain on the top of my head (vertex area). I also experienced pain over the forehead, which started after a fever last week. The scalp pain increases when touching the area or when tying my hair, even loosely. After the fever, I developed a cough, which has not completely settled yet. I do not have breathlessness or chest pain. I have been experiencing anxiety and poor sleep recently. I have already undergone investigations: CT scan of the head (August) – normal ECG – normal Blood tests – normal Thyroid test – normal I have also been taking Pores D3 (vitamin D3) once monthly and have already taken 8 tablets over 8 weeks. Kindly advise the possible cause and whether any further tests or treatment are needed. Thank you
