I have stuffed nose entire winter. I can't sleep without using nasal spray like otrivin or nasivion. I am afraid I am overusing it, i use it like a drop. Can it cause any problems if used regularly?
So i am suffering from lprd and doctor gave me 1 month ppi of Raciper D 40mg which is done now I am like 90 percent clear from globus but the thing is I can still feel it when swallowing it has became smaller but never got complete smooth if I gulp i can feel some tightness in throat I am continuing taking ppi for another month but what further should I do or is this permanent I can eat though as I have no issues no breathing problem also which I used to have before should I try tricyclic antidepressants or something?
