Sleep issue

Hi I can't able to sleep properly since my marriage that is for year now . Due to improper sleep cycle. Even if I had different sleep time for one day my sleep is getting disturbed for next so many days and so long that now I am not able to sleep anymore like I previously did before my marriage that is uninterrupted sleep for 8 hours. Currently I am no more able to sleep and I am getting awake in the middle of the night and not able to sleep again. Please suggest something. Getting severe headaches due to this .

Cheeks twitch

My cheek sometimes left sometimes right cheek twitch automatically continuously and also pain in cheeks what is the cause iam worried

Head injury related query

Hello doc, 2 years back while removing furniture from the roof it just slipped and hitted hard on back of my head. I just felt like someone hitted with a rod. I didn't found any symptoms of concussion, trouble walking, numbness etc associated. I didn't done any scans till now.Will it affect later on like in upcoming years??? Should I go for CT scan ?? Whenever I remind it seems to be scary for me. Please help and suggest what to do. Thank you.

I have done two mris and want to know is it same or not ? And in latest mri nerve is mot mentioned of right side .Which nerve it is ?? Kindly check both and tell what is the issue and which nerve it is and which side in layman term??Thanks
