Cervical length

I am currently in 17th week of pregnancy.today I have an ultrasound scan and in that the gestational age of baby was 16weeks one day and cervical length is 4.5cm.is this cervical length good or it indicates any problem.

EARLY PREGNANCY

I have just found out I am pregnant (4 weeks). Conceived in the first attempt and naturally. Before this I was doing some moderate exercise and walking everyday. I am due for my appointment with the doctor on Tuesday. Meanwhile, can I continue to exercise? Is there something I should avoid? Is it absolutely necessary to wait till ultrasound to see if it's safe to exercise or can I continue? Would highly appreciate a direct answer as not being active is making me feel worse.
