Hello, I had a small accident 4 months ago(bike slipped and my left hand wrist was strained with bike weight) there was no swelling but persistent pain was seen in the Radioulnar joint region of left hand( attaching x ray).I have been using tablets (TENDOCARE , ALOCATE) for more than 4 months now.
Pain is 20-30% recovered but at that joint I feel there is pain when I do any kind of works or try to rotate wrist.
doctor said it's TFCC ligament tear or strain. doctor suggested that it might take 8-12 months and if pain isn't come down then suggested to go for mri then surgery.
and
kindly suggest me is it ok to use tablets for these many months?
is this curable with tablets and how long does it takes for recovery?
is surgery safe?
and what is the usual recovery time for this?
should we take mri?
I had a knock knee surgery about 3 years ago. And I have notified that there is a hard small lump on my surgical scar .
Should I worry about it or it will resolve on its own.?
Also if I left that untreated, what can be the complications?
Please help me with your suggestions as I will be moving abroad for my higher education in next two months.
