Issue with diet

My son is 10.3 years old and is 23 kgs with height of 130 cms he is very active but is skipps evening meal saying it's problematic for him to digest food especially chapatis and vegetables dal or rice.even morning he doesn't have a proper breakfast hf does not like fruit not sure how to solve this issue

Lower abdominal pain radiating to legs

I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. Now doc told that in the wound area there's a dot like thing more like beginning of fistula. Which is causing incomplete evacuation. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. I really can't undergo another surgery for same. I have other probs & surgeries too.I have no bleeding or discharge.No much pain too. Is there any alternative way. Please suggest any non surgical cure 😭🙏

Omega 3 fatty acids (EPA & DHA)

I am 16 year old male, Student of a competitive exam, and I m physically active, I play sports and go to gym regularly. My diet lacks seafood due to unavailability of it because I don't stay in coastal region and vegetarian sources contain only ALA type of omega-3. So, is consumption of omega 3 fish oil capsules safe for adolescents? Is dosage of 1250 mg fish oil which contains 450 mg EPA and 300 mg DHA safe to consume daily to fullfill requirements? Yes or no? Please advice

Omega-3 fatty acids

I don't eat fish or any seafood because I live far away from coastal region but I do eat meat and eggs. I might be having omega 3 deficiency as vegetarian sources have a very low conversion rate of EPA and DHA from ALA. Should I use omega -3 fish oil capsules. If yes what shall be the appropriate dosage of EPA DHA and fish oil. I m 16 year old and I m  physically active. I play sports and do strength training and I haven't ate seafood regularly since birth.
