My mother has diabetes type 2 and she is on medication also but her sugar is fluctuating and going 200 above and bp is also going 150 and 90 above kindly suggest me diet to follow and control both the bp and sugar

Is Cow milk recommended for my 1 yr old

My baby girl just turned 1 yr. I have not given Cow milk till now to her. Should I start Cow milk for her ? My concern is that cow milk has growth related antibiotics which will affect her hormones and onset of puberty, but my husband is concerned that cow milk is necessary for nutrition and growth, especially protein. Please advise. Also what can be given in place of cow milk so that her nutrition and growth is not hampered?

My vitamin d is 24 and calcium is 8.74. I am thinking of taking vitamin d supplements my question is which one should i go for 1000IU, 2000IU, 5000IU, 10000IU and how many tabets in a day shall I consume please suggest and guide

Knee pain - alternatives to knee surgery

My mother (55 yrs) has knee pain due to which she experiences morning stiffness in her knee joints and couldn't easily got up from bed. She has diabetes and thyroid also. Consulted from an ortho doctor and the doctor advised knee surgery as there's gap in her left knee joint. But she's reluctant to this option so early and wants to cure it through medicines and from diet changes. Is it possible now? If not, pls suggest some diet options to be included in her routine so that the pain gets reduced atleast if not corrected totally.
