As fruits are one of the main building blocks for nutrition, can u suggest how can I consume it if after eating it i get sore throat. I tried almost all major fruits like apples banana, oranges, kiwi, pear dragonfruit, berries, grapes etc all gives me sore throat. Please suggest

I have IBS and a tendency for dysentric motion or diarrhoea alternated with constipation.Its difficult for me to digest and properly absorb food with high fibre content like mung and chana sprouts.But I would like to consume these things.Will it help if I add a little ghee to such food and then have them?
Can we drink green tea early morning does it help in weight loss?? Or will there be any side effect drinking green tea at n empty stomach
