Vitamin deficiency correction

I have vitamin b12 and vit d deficiency, levels of which are 145pg/mL and 10ng/mL. I am a pure vegetarian and have vitiligo, which I am trying to treat. I think I need to take 1500 mcg vit b12 supplement daily after breakfast and 60,000 IU vit d3 supplement once weekly.Is this right? Also, I am looking for vegetarian supplements and have ordered Pure Nutrition B12 1500 mcg and Vlado Himalayan Organics  60,000 IU tablet supplement.Pkease guide as this is necessary to cure my vitiligo.Any additional diet tips or other tips for vitiligo treatment are welcome.Thanks!
