I did my follicular monitoring and my ovulation date was 22nd april. I have still not gotten my periods. Did pregnancy test and 8th but it was negative. I have symptoms of periods are coming but no periods

Low free beta hcg in 12 week pregnancy
Hello doctors I did my NT test and the result showed low freebeta hcg. Please find the report attached . Any issue with lower beta hcg levels ? The risk and paap -a seems fine .
Cervical cerclage
My sister is 14 weeks pregnant. Today doctor told to have cervical cerclage as her cervix measured 2.75cms . Is there any risk in this process . Or can we wait few more weeks . Kindly explain
FALLOPIAN TUBE BLOCKAGE
Hi my both tubes were blocked and doctor did tubal cannulation and said one tube is open. But she did not give me reports for before or after surgery. So I am not sure if tubes were really blocked or one was already open. I did HSG 15-20 days after tubal cannulation and HSG showed one tube open. Now my worry is, whether this tube will get blocked again? Should I get HSG done again? I'm regularly follow yoga for fertility and use castor oil pack for abdomen
Clear white discharge on 9 day
Hi today it's my 9th day of cycle from few hours back am seeing clear discharge on sides of vagina wall no smell , no Itching ! Few days ago I had itching so gynec had put me on Cansoft cl for 3 days ! I kept it from 5th day to 7th day of cycle Today am seeing this is this normal or is this any infection sign as I have no other symptoms? Reply will be helpful Thanks in advance
