Hello, Recently i lost 8 kgs weight through gym in 3 months. I was experiencing a lot more hairfall and widening of hairline at front while combing. So got the tests done. Hb was : 11.1 Rbc count : 3.62 Serum iron : 38 UIBC: 260.05 TIBC : 298 Transferrin : 208.63 Iron saturation % : 12.83 Ferritin : 22.4 Vitamin D3 : 67 B12 : 202 What should I do? Is the hairfall because of iron or the weight loss?

Need advice on omega 3 and mental health

I am diagnosed with OCD and anxiety from last 8 years which literally destroyed my life and is on psychiatric medications since 8 years.....these medications give just 30-40 % relief but never address the root cause.....after been on psychiatric medications for so long , one thing I understood that medication alone can't heal me....so I consulted a nutritionist and she advised me a full body check up and gave me a proper diet plan along with allopathic treatment by another doctor.....my b12 was low so given injections....vitamin D was low so given tablets.....lipid profile was bad so given tablets....uric acid was high so tablets....without telling her now I am taking gut health test to improve gut microbiome for overall well being...SO MY FIRST QUESTION IS " IS IT GOOD TO TAKE GUT MICROBIOME HEALTH SERIOUSLY " and SECOND QUESTION I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT OMEGA 3...I dont eat fish...and I read at many articles that omega 3 is necessary for healthy brain....SO SHOULD I DO OMEGA 3 INDEX TEST

Unable to loose weight

Background:, I've had 2 C sections, total hysterectomy and operated for Hiatus Hernia. Am a bit over weight, so I do intermittent fasting, early dinner before 8pm and 16 hours of fasting. Excercise in the morning, however my weight is stagnant, doesn't increase or decrease Also my digestion is too slow which results in constipation. I have Triphala powder at night 2-3 times a week If I skip excercise for some days I get bloated What could be the reason and which doc should I consult an confused Please advise
