Height issue

Hello My height is 5'7 and weight 58 I wanna increase my height Can someone suggest me some diet or exercise or should I consult a doctor regarding this

Want to gain weight

I'm 21 years old, 5'8" but my weight generally ranges from 46-48 kgs. I want to gain some weight because my hands, waist, thighs are thin. My lifestyle is very active, as a student I have to do journeys more than 60kms per day by bus and train. So I want to know what to eat and how much? My digestion is very weak, most of the times I face gas and acidity problem. Suggest me a food chart.

What should be an ideal diet plan to reduce weight with no side effects. I don't want to pursue difficult diet regime which will be difficult to follow later.
