Right hand numbness and pain
I am a 34-year-old male experiencing pain and numbness in my right arm for the past 3 hours. The discomfort starts around the biceps/elbow area and extends down to the fingers. The entire right hand/arm feels uncomfortable, with numbness in the fingers. There is no known injury. I would like to understand whether this could be due to a nerve problem, circulation issue, or something cardiac/neurological, and whether I need urgent evaluation or any tests such as ECG.

Visit doctors they tell acidity and to make my anxiety calm undergone ECg it shows sinus tachycardia. Whenever I visit the hospital for a bp check or ecg my heart races.
