Period related

I took I pill on 21 feb and had withdrawal bleeding from 26 to 28 feb, my last periods were from 9 to 13 feb . Since then my periods didn't come . However I have been spotting from 28-29 March till 5 April. On 5 apr the flow has been light periods types more than spotting than previous days. And there is light abdomen pain which happens during periods. Took pregnancy test on 24 and 27 March tested negative.

My gyne has prescribed me Fertibless chiro tablet for a month to treat PCOD, I am not able to find this medicine anywhere online/ offline, please suggest me a substitute with same salt. Also I am taking oziva herbalance drink daily. Can I take the medicine with the drink everyday.
