She has been a falaria since years but it never got worse, since a few days she is suffering from severe pain and inflammation, last year she was diagnosed with low vitamin d, around the same time of the year. What should we do?, is there any food that triggers it.? Can she the tablet of (trypsin+chymotrypsin with paracetamol and aceclofenac) tablet?

Had done my bankart lesion shoulder surgery for right hand shoulder .. fixed 3 anchors in my hand it's been 2 months since surgery & Doing physiotherapy from past 1 month Last month surgeon doctor told only do slow moments Now he is telling this 3rd month is very important u should do very strong moments in physiotherapy and how much ever we can do in this 3rd month till that only hand will stay forever. But iam scared so is my hand not 100% recover and moments in future ? Plz tell doctors ..🥺 Any advices plz
