I am 3 months postpartum, from 7-8 months of pregnancy I was experiencing pain in my back left side , I'm not able to lift my back in a lying position. After delivery it worsened and now I have pain in my knee on the same side. It causes pain when I move my knee. I think there is some nerve problem from the back up to knees . If I sleep straight I will not be able to move the ankle too and knee. I am taking calcium supplement BONE SURE LC and MOKTEL prescribed by my gynaecologist. Now what should I do ? Is it go with time or should I start any exercise or meet with any doctor?
Which doctor should I connect with : physiotherapist or orthopedic?
Got meniscus injury in left knee in Jan 2026 and has been in rehab, Grade 1 lateral complex tear with Discoid Meniscus, knocked knees - Has started walking but slow without walker - getting catches or snaps and not locks 2 inches below meniscus in the back upper calf left side and in the front left side 2 inches below meniscus joint line or tear - during the catch usually pains in the front 2 inches below meniscus left side of left affected knee for 1-2 seconds but sometimes the current feels till lower down in the last 2 toes.
Overall the intensity of snaps which was 50 to 100 in a month in March has gone down to 10 snaps a month and that too during turns or certain angles of the leg below knee ..
Otherwise NO clinical symptoms
All the physiotherapist say NO to surgery whereas 80% orthopedics say Yes to surgery just on the basis of the words "Discoid" & "Complex" to which many Doctors specially physios dont agree saying - born with discoid, tear is in lateral part of lateral menisc
Hello Doctor, I am a 24-year-old male. I have been experiencing persistent tingling/pricking sensation (jhanjhanahat) in the sole of my foot for the past few days. It is mainly present from the forefoot/toes area towards the middle of the sole. I do not have significant pain or weakness, but the tingling sensation is persistent. It started after I suddenly increased my walking to around 10,000 steps per day. I have tried rest and warm/cold water therapy, but there has been no significant improvement so far.
Could you please advise what could be causing this and whether I need any examination or blood tests such as Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, blood sugar, etc.? Also, please let me know if I should continue walking/exercising or take rest for now
I have been dealing with severe plantar fasciitis issue, have tried almost everything, Hot-Cold bath for foot, painkillers, rolling foot over cold bottle, vitamin D, Collagen supplements, even took, nervite(for nerve pain).
I have consulted to 2-3 doctors but still the issue remains also with plantar fasciitis pain, now i feel pain on the back of my heel, a bit of burning sensation as well.
The pain reduces with rest but comes back after slight activity.
Is there any permanent relief solution to this or not?

My wife is 36 years old and has had persistent right-sided pain for more than 10 months. The pain starts near the lower part of the right shoulder blade and spreads upward toward the neck and into the right arm.
We have not received a clear diagnosis yet. We would like a specialist evaluation to understand whether the pain could be related to the cervical spine, nerve irritation/compression, shoulder-blade muscles, upper back, or shoulder joint.
We are considering an MRI, but would prefer advice on the most appropriate targeted scan rather than a whole-body MRI. Please also advise whether neurological examination, nerve-conduction studies, X-ray, physiotherapy assessment, or other tests would be useful.
