I am a 34-year-old male experiencing pain and numbness in my right arm for the past 3 hours. The discomfort starts around the biceps/elbow area and extends down to the fingers. The entire right hand/arm feels uncomfortable, with numbness in the fingers. There is no known injury. I would like to understand whether this could be due to a nerve problem, circulation issue, or something cardiac/neurological, and whether I need urgent evaluation or any tests such as ECG.
I have walk daily 2-3 km, 3 story stairs 5-6 times I'm a day I use, avoid non veg and oil fat. I m energetic.
So I will keep it short- had some ANGINa like symptoms when i was 24- suspicion was lower, but got a CT angio done- perfectly normal ( 2024 November) A year later started getting JAW discomfort and some more typical symptoms - this time invasive angio done- again normal but with the mild myocardial bridge Taking bisoprol 5 mg- quality of life became quite better after a normal result since the anxiety removed- but now I am having symptoms, especially pressure and happiness in my neck and choking sensation- worst when I get up and when I lie down I was wondering if a stress echo is needed right now? Mainly for assurance? These episodes do not create any change in the ECG or trop i levels
Hi, I have been experiencing slight pin pointed pain and heaviness in the left part of the chest. I went to a cardiologist he performed 2D Echo and TMT. He said test results were good. Due to some vitamin deficiency it might happen. He suggested to use vit D3 6 lakh IU, 2 injections one per week. My current D3 levels are 39. My doubt is, is it safe to get that high amount of units of injection? Or I can use the 60K IU per week. Please suggest. If I go for high dose injection will it cause any issues?
