Advice on med tech..!

Hello Doctors, I am a school student participating in vivo ignite tech nation wide competition. Actually, I really didn't had any option to go out and look for information so I searched online and landed up here.! Actually, I am already a student who dreams to be in med-world but that's a long way ahead. Before only I got to know about this competition and I am currently thinking of developing something related to med tech. As you know world is evolving so is technology. I thought of some dental devices or something to help on with surgery or reduce muscle strain for your exhausting working hours.I also thought of hand tremors for surgery efficiency. I wonder if you could help me with the ideas. If you can please do tell me what's the most tiring thing in your routine or something that strains you up so much. The more the consents the better, because only with variety I can come up with a better and best idea.I hope you can help me as I don't have much time to submit the manuals.Thanku.

High bp for no reason

Good evening doctor, I am suffering from health anxiety and continuous bp checking. Last 5 days my wisdom teeth aches due to wrong feeling during this time I use muscle relaxant for chronic pain. After 2 days I have severe pain and bp is around 170-160/105-95 for full day and go to other dentist he removed filling I got relief in pain after that same day  my bp is around 132-128 to 84-79 without any medicine and dentist gives my Amoxicillin 500 and declofanic pottasium paracetamol sp and dexona. After last 2 days my bp increase is around 160-154 to 104-95 without no reason. No teeth pain no fever. I am so much worried and confused. Today I measured bp about 100 times my bp all time in lying position is around 164-146 to 104-94 in normal position. Only few reading out of 100 show 135/86. What should I do so much worried. I do all low impact exercise yoga but nothing work for me. One more thing previously my bp is in range of 130-115 to 82-72 all time still normal position. please help.

Cardiac fear

I am 28 years old and have been experiencing chest tightness, heaviness, and chest pain for a long time. These symptoms do not occur only during exercise. Sometimes they happen even when I am sitting or resting. The pain can be in the middle of the chest or on the left side, lasts a few seconds, and then goes away. Sometimes it is associated with left arm pain, sometimes not. I have had multiple TMTs and Echocardiograms over the years, all normal. CT Coronary Angiography done 3 years ago was normal. My latest TMT (2 months ago) was normal, and my latest Echo (3 months ago) was normal with EF 72%. Today I walked on a treadmill for 15 minutes (4.2 km/h, incline 3.5 for 6 min and incline 5 for 6 min). My heart rate reached 148 bpm, but I had no chest pain during exercise. Does this symptom pattern sound more cardiac or non-cardiac in nature considering the normal investigations? Can I feel it's non cardiac without repeating any tests now please suggest I am scared to the core
