I am suffering from rotator cuff problem. I took treatment for this but still I can't lift my right hand straight up and can't keep my hand back conveniently. Since from 8 months I have this problem . In the month of April one doctor given injection at the back of shoulder but I still suffered pain after three months i.e in the month of July I consulted another doctor he also given injection at back side and front of shoulder and advised to go for physiotherapy. I took physiotherapy treatment for 14 days and after that I started doing excercise at home , now I can lift my hand up but not straight. Still I feel pain in that area . Please help me in this matter. I nearly consulted 4 doctors in this matter all are not giving correct information.
I'm having neck pain and upper back pain only on left side and it is radiation to arms only and no tingling or pins and needles.
I visited ortho doctor he mentioned to take zerodol th max 4 for 5 days morning and night and pregaba m75 for 10 days. Is it ok to pregaba m75 with asomex 2.5 which I'm taking from 2 years. Also can I stop pregaba m75 after 10 days? Please help
I am a 16 year old male.
I had a displaced both-bone forearm fracture that was reduced and placed in a plaster cast about a week ago.
My follow-up X-ray was checked by the doctor, who said the alignment is fine, with only a little bending.
For the last ~2 days after the follow up session, I have had significant tightness and stiffness feeling around my wrist, especially on one side, which feels different from before.
When I bend/open my fingers, particularly the little finger, I feel some pain/tightness around the wrist.
I also occasionally get brief burning/hot-water-like or nerve-type sensations and a heartbeat/pulsing feeling around my elbow .
My fingers are warm, normally coloured and movable, and I do not have constant or severe pain.
Could this be swelling, nerve/tendon irritation, or pressure from the cast, and should the cast be checked or adjusted?
Also, given my age and isolated arm fracture, is there any need for a blood thinner, or is it unnecessary in my case?
Hello Doctor, I am a 24-year-old male. I have been experiencing persistent tingling/pricking sensation (jhanjhanahat) in the sole of my foot for the past few days. It is mainly present from the forefoot/toes area towards the middle of the sole. I do not have significant pain or weakness, but the tingling sensation is persistent. It started after I suddenly increased my walking to around 10,000 steps per day. I have tried rest and warm/cold water therapy, but there has been no significant improvement so far.
Could you please advise what could be causing this and whether I need any examination or blood tests such as Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, blood sugar, etc.? Also, please let me know if I should continue walking/exercising or take rest for now

From past one month I am experiencing pain in left leg back of the heel region below the heel at back side plus the pain also on the back side of the left side where the joint is located.
Pain is also present when the leg is rested in air also I have taken etos mr for the same but pain relief is temporary.
Please reply at what is the reason for the pain plus suggest medicine for pain as I am allergic to nsaid pain killers
