Two weeks ago my vit d level came to 24.The doctor has given me 60k units of oral vit d shots.I often have pain in my knees, shoulders and back. And the calf also keeps getting tired.Can this ever be okay, doctor? The bones of my hands, feet or waist often crack while I am doing some work.what should I do now ?
I am suffering from rotator cuff problem. I took treatment for this but still I can't lift my right hand straight up and can't keep my hand back conveniently. Since from 8 months I have this problem . In the month of April one doctor given injection at the back of shoulder but I still suffered pain after three months i.e in the month of July I consulted another doctor he also given injection at back side and front of shoulder and advised to go for physiotherapy. I took physiotherapy treatment for 14 days and after that I started doing excercise at home , now I can lift my hand up but not straight. Still I feel pain in that area . Please help me in this matter. I nearly consulted 4 doctors in this matter all are not giving correct information.

I have been dealing with severe plantar fasciitis issue, have tried almost everything, Hot-Cold bath for foot, painkillers, rolling foot over cold bottle, vitamin D, Collagen supplements, even took, nervite(for nerve pain). I have consulted to 2-3 doctors but still the issue remains also with plantar fasciitis pain, now i feel pain on the back of my heel, a bit of burning sensation as well. The pain reduces with rest but comes back after slight activity. Is there any permanent relief solution to this or not? Does prp works in this case?
Last year my mother started to have knee pain in her left knee. Took her to an ortho doctor, x ray showed knee osteoarthritis and he prescribed medicines but didn't help much. My query is few months before her knee pain started she was hospitalised for kidney stones. After the stones were removed, doctor changed her diabetic medicines. Instead of taking Cerapin xr 500 during breakfast and dinner he prescribed Trajenta 5 during breakfast and Gluconorm SR 850 during dinner. I read Trajenta 5 side effect can cause joint pain. Can any doctor verify this? My mother doesn't have any visible swelling or redness in the knees.
