Lower back pain with even 2min standing

Lower back pain from 2months - X-ray done -initial findings no nerve compression or disc issue -concluded muscle spasm. From X-ray spine is completely straight due to muscle stiffnes and the complete body load is coming on spine hence the pain. been advised for physics therapy for a week to relieve the muscle stiffness. Now after 1week physio also the pain is persisting. To clarify once again o don't have radiating pain to leg. After standing still for 5mins the pain travels from lower back towards toward front upper thigh from sides forming a C-Curvature path from back to front via sideways and ceases.
