Brain stroke, left part body paralyzed

It's been a Year and a Half ,that I Had Brain stroke and left part body is paralyzed, can barely walk

Rigid nerve

T2 , T1, pain, left hand ring finger edge numbness, left foot numbness, grip under chest, mild head ache at left side back, left shoulder pain

Headache and lightheadness

Mild headache and lightheadness had an mri 25 days ago and came negative for anything but I'm very scared what this may be also have concentration problems

Mother consulatation

My mom usually have headache and blur vision please suggest to whom i need to consult. We are unable to identify the problem

Pls advice any better treatment.

My 4 years son don't walk & speak till now.He frequently suffer with seizure disorder up to 2 years.At present his medication epival & gardinal.
