I am 3 months postpartum, from 7-8 months of pregnancy I was experiencing pain in my back left side , I'm not able to lift my back in a lying position. After delivery it worsened and now I have pain in my knee on the same side. It causes pain when I move my knee. I think there is some nerve problem from the back up to knees . If I sleep straight I will not be able to move the ankle too and knee. I am taking calcium supplement BONE SURE LC and MOKTEL prescribed by my gynaecologist. Now what should I do ? I am F30 overweight . I am having pain on bottom of the foot of my left leg . Position is around 2 fingers below my middle toe. I feel it's a muscular pain and it has been persistent for past 8 days now . I woke up with slight pain and then I played badminton bare foot for 1 hour . Can that be the cause ??
