I have been experiencing occasional chest discomfort for the past 9–10 years. At times, my chest feels heavy, and occasionally I experience brief pain that lasts around 10–15 seconds before resolving on its own. The pain can vary in nature—sometimes it feels like a sharp, pin-prick sensation. These episodes usually occur once or twice a day. I am currently 25 years old and would like to understand the possible cause of these symptoms.

I will proceed with arranging these tests immediately as you have advised, despite some challenges with insurance coverage. I appreciate your expert recommendation.
