Pcos and polyp

In my scanning (TVS USG) There is a polypoidal lesion in the endometrial cavity measuring 9*5 mm with a single feeding vessel Endometrial thickness 14 mm(on day 30 of cycle no bleeding started) Minimal fluid noted along the cavity With bilateral pcos Consulted doctor for spotting in between periods.. ie,the spotting at the end of the periods never ended until day 30(very mild brown spotting) Doctor said no need of removing the polyp is it good to keep it?

Seems like an incomplete abortion

I am having irregular periods... Lately done with ultrasound of my pelvis and it appears to have pieces  of last conception.. as I had a pregnancy of about 1 month . Sonography reports concluded of having 9.2 mm thickness of that content in the endometrial cavity in the fundus. Colour Doppler reveals moderate vascularity. I do not have symptoms like fever or cramps or nausea. So I recently met a gynaecologist and told her all about my situation. I've only taken 2 pills of Mtp out of 5, about 20 days before and a day before, again I got my periods so she just asked me to take the remaining 3 pills in the gap of 12 hours. But as I've been worrying about my future health I'm seeking genuine advice from the best doctor about whether I should go for the surgical removal or to just take pills and wait if it naturally flushes out with menstrual blood.
