Hello Doctor, my daughter Jannat is 1 year 10 months old and weighs around 10 kg. She developed fever, initially around 100.8°F, so I was giving Calpol. Her fever increased to 103.5°F, so I consulted her doctor again. He asked me to stop Calpol and changed her medicines. Earlier, she was treated with Meftal P, Ventimox-CV (antibiotic) and cough syrup. Now the doctor has prescribed Patmox (antibiotic), Sypara and Novrex-LS (cough syrup). He also gave a medicine/pill through the rectal area due to the high fever. Could you please confirm whether Patmox is safe, considering she recently had Ventimox-CV, and whether it is necessary? Is the rectal medicine safe? Since her fever reached 103.5°F, does she need any blood, urine or other tests?

Hi doctor. My baby is 2 months 10 days old and his 2nd dose of vaccine at 10 weeks is on August 11th. At 6 weeks, we got him vaccinated (hexaxim) painless. Is it ok to go for regular vaccine this time, which is pentavalent version. Will it cause any concern? Or should I go for painless only as I started with that at 6 weeks?. Please help me
