I have taut bands in pelvic floor muscles. Only able to pass stools or urine. Foreign body sensation like something is tied up with weird structure . Muscle feels like plastic, steel, id dry needling is temporary, botox is temporary, tpi injection is temporary. Exactly what is the treatment for this.

I am a diabetic patient. I am 40 years old. I am facing cuts and swelling of foreskin. I contacted the doctor and he suggested to apply kwitderm cream and Utimade-D capsules and MG-NEXT tablet daily twice. I am taking medicine from last 15 days but still I am facing the same problem.
