I have checked my bp it was 160/100 doctor has prescribed me Telmikind 40 i m spinal cord patient this is safe for me it was my first bp increase before this i m  not having bp issue Should this Is safe for kidney? My creatine is 1.12 I asking this because cardiologist can give best they are expert in this field

Chest pain cardio report normal

Having chest pain . Did ct angiogram 2month back calcium score is zero no abnormalities found. LFT shows sgpt and sgot 93& 53. Gallbladder removed in 2022. Did angiogram in 2023 having mid mild diseases lad with myocardial bridge.. the occurrence of chest feels every time. BP 135/92

Heart rate elevated

Hello, today  while I was doing my early morning walk, after 15 mins my heart rate went upto 170 , it worried me I felt panicky and sat down for a min and went back home. It started to lower as I reached home and sat down. Note that I am not a very fit person I started going to walk after 3 months of break. What can be the diagnosis of this ?? I also have anxiety issue, I constantly worry about my heart.

Regarding ecg

Dear sir kindly find attached my ecg report...i m working in pharmaceutical company...i showed my ecg report to cardiologist and physician as well... All doctors says ecg is normal... But in ecg report wrote sinus rhythm left atrial abnormality... So I want to know that why is mentioned abnormal ecg?? While doctor is saying ecg is normal... Yesterday suddenly I felt ghabrahat and palpitations so I did ecg today
