Eyes open?!

Hello doctor, i suspect of having my eyes having either wide or partially remain open during sleep resulting in dryness, puffy like tired eyes throughout the next day. Initially, i thought it could be due to poor sleep but what i notice is that sleep is fine, it's the eyes which are causing tiredness like the feel as the body is completely rested. What can i do to fix this issue??

Experiencing white flashes in eyes

Hello there, I am cerebral palsy patient due to small blood clot in my left brain which happened when I was one and half month old. Few months ago, I have been experiencing white flashes in my right eye frequently and sometimes in left eye, some days ago, I did consulted one  doctor regarding this issue, after checking my eyes, she said it's completely normal and I don't wash my eyes and face, that's why I am experiencing this issue and she prescribed me one eye drop ...but after using this eye drop also, I am still facing the same issue...Any other alternative should I be trying??Any suggestions about what supposed I need to do??

Cataract and Retina Problem

Hello Doctor, My brother-in-law has a problem in his right eye. Age - 38 Diabetic person He has cataract and retina problem. Consulted doctor said we have to remove cataract first, then oil kind of liquid need to be drop on eye for 6 months to treating retina. During this period he won't be have vision and all on that eye. Is it true? After cataract removal no vision or partial vision? How long it will take to treat retina and get back to normal vision? Please answer my queries.
