After waking up see the left eye like this.. The red vains are visible like this.. Is it normal.. What I can use to reduce the red vain..

I had severe dandruff for many years. Recently i consulted skin specialist who has put me on Terbinafine 250mg for 21 days add kitakonasol shampoo for severe dandruff. The dandruff has affected my face, beard area and also neck and shoulders. I was having some issue on my eyelids which I showed to skin specialist who advise me to consult an eye specialist for treatment of blepharitis. Please suggest some medicines for the same
