I have diabetes and recently due uti, admitted in hospital and got discharged. However, again I am having some back pain and I observe some bad smell during my urination. Is there any issue.

I am 40 year old. Recently i had blood test in which my iron(43) , hb ( 11)and percentage transfeerin saturation -11 , fasting is 93,. In 2024 i had done fasting and pp , values were -96 fasting , pp 89 . I dont want to start medicines . What should i do ?? Hb1ac -6 . Please suggest .
Dear doctor, A pregnant woman (6 months gestation) had an HbA1c level of 5. Fifteen days later, her fasting blood sugar was 89.5, and her 2-hour postprandial (PP) level was 161.5. Should she be started on medication for diabetes? Advice is needed.
Hello.. I am taking diabetes tablets from 2 yrs and bp and blood thinner from 6 months .. Due to cholesterol... I am frustrated now.. M just 35 and taking all this useless tablets where I can work on myself and stop completely this ☹️... Please help with proper diet plan and any morning night drink so that i can reverse diabetes.. Hi sir,I underwent distal pancreatectomy ,spleen removal.i was given given insulin shots3 times a day and bedtime also.total 4 times..how many days still i need to take insulin shots?
