Itching finger

Every time i hold cold things or food like ice candy. I feel itching in my finger. and after that some of my finger was bloated.

Cracked skin is green

I woke up and my skin on my genitals was cracked. I thought it would go away but I woke up the next morning and it spread to my pubic hair area.
