Treatment for cervical radiculopathy

53yrs female diabetic, hypertensive. All general blood parameters found within range after routine check up. Diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy at C6C7 pain radiating from neck to shoulder then to bicep region. Visited multiple neurologist and performed NCV, Xray , MRI like tests many times. But every time every neurologist suggest pregabalin/Gabapentin and some pain killers. Please suggest some treatment for it , preferably non surgical. Patient is suffering since a long time but no doctor is able to provide relief.

Feeling dizziness

I have been experiencing recurrent episodes of dizziness. I do not feel that the room is spinning. Instead, I feel as if there is movement inside my head, which makes me feel dizzy and off-balance. I also feel as though I might lose my balance or fall, especially while standing, walking, or travelling on a bike or in an e-rickshaw.

Nerve weakness

I got a uti 6-7 before during treatment my sugar level where high don't know why after that I have many problem urinary bladder problems nerve weakness and many more i consult my urologist but it don't cure could it be a nerve problem

Suspect hypoglycemia

Hi i am non diabetic healthy but recently I diagnose with vernick sclerosis I had night time peeing a lot soon after drinking water with mild headache little bit demotivate with insomnia i take probiotic i have gut issue and inspiral 10 sr with brivact 50mg sir but i don't have tremors at all now
