Male , 38 years, 186 cms , 91 kgs. Total cholestrol is 180 mg/dL. Triglycerides 201 mg/dL. Vldl 40 mg/dL. Uric acid 7.2 mg/dL. Gamma GT 18 U/L. HBAlc 5.7. Sgot 24 U/L . Sgpt 30 U/L. I have fatty liver grade 1. I am not doing any physical exercise nor dieting. My sgpt and sgot were previously 70 and 50. Total cholestrol was earlier 210. Only thing that I did is increased water intake to 2 liters daily from .75 L daily. My belly size also reduced by 40%. I never felt that water suppressed my appetite instead it increases appetite which is why i dont reduce food. I avoid sugar. Does water intake improves metabolism . What is your recommendation?.

Hello Doctor. From the past 1 and half months, the back of my throat has been constantly red. My throat feels dry and I also feel little pain. Recently I have noticed white and little peeled skin under my lower lip.I have taken medicines in which antibiotics, pain reliever and steroids was added. But kush fark nahi dikh raha. I don't drink alcohol and have never used any other kind of intoxicant. I have taken the 4 ARV shots in Jan due to little puppy bite me in the foots toe, Although there was no skin tear or wound, I just felt a little pain, so I got it applied as a precaution. After some time I had a cold, the cough and cold got cured but this throat problem has persisted since then. Pls guide me and suggest the correct medicine.
Hi Doctor, I took anti-rabies booster doses on 14th and 17th March 2026 along with a tetanus shot on 14th March, and today (31st March) my pet cat (last vaccinated in Dec 2024, currently normal) bit and scratched me during a fight with another cat....causing a bleeding puncture wound (poked hole);
I immediately washed with soap and applied Betadine—do I need additional anti-rabies vaccination or am I already protected?

Recently my leg got a scratch ( minor) from a rusted object. I washed the scratch from soap. I took a single injection shot of tetanus in 2023. Do I need to again take a tetanus shot?
