7 months old not babling yet only cooing and smiling. Facial expression not copying. She is not recognising me as mother as she was bottle feeded. She is okay if I am not at home. She is rolling sitting army crawling smiling and sometimes laughing. I am worried. Is everything okay. Does it take time to copy facial expression and what about recognising me as mother.

Should the doctor have prescribed zinc initially to her heal her guy lining and the next steps should be antibiotics.
