Hi,
I am 23 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing breathing issues for the past few days, including wheezing and chest tightness, mainly at night. I was using my inhaler occasionally, about 2–3 times a month when needed. However, my symptoms seem to be occurring more frequently now. Could you please advise if I can continue using this medication or suggest any other safe options for pregnancy?

I have been suffering from a persistent cough for the past one month. Despite taking antibiotics, Inhaler and other prescribed medications, there has been no significant relief. Recently, I have started experiencing episodes during coughing where I feel choked and temporarily unable to breathe for a few seconds, which is causing concern.
I have also undergone a CT scan of the chest. The findings include:
Fibroparenchymal bands in bilateral lung fields.
Subtle ground glass opacity in the left lower lobe.
Presence of multiple mediastinal and hilar lymph nodes

The possible cause of my persistent cough and breathing difficulty.
Sneezing and running nose 👃 no fever , no headache only sneezing and running nose and also i have mouth ulcer in under tounge tell me medicine to cure and I have many time ulcer attack me in mouth it have 2 days before ulcer and nose problem more than 6 days i taking bilast medicine 💊 to cure it relief but it not cure permanently still I taking medicine to suppress it and it again come tell me medicine please I am 25 old age male weight 59 kg and height 175 cm my lungs Normal and all thing in my body perfect
Past 4 days she is trying sleep she wakes to breathe..her hrct ,echo mri was normal (did in December)hrct and in janaury...she has breathlessness issue while talking too as cold comes but now ohk but still there but this onset waking up to breathe..no snoring(happened twice only when she lays on her back no history of snoring)but cough is persistent..she don't gasp for air just wake up..she take anxiety homeopathy medicine which makes her sleep a bit otherwise she be awake all night..nose blocked sometimes not always
I am 16 years old girl l don't know what happened to me when l speak l could not breathe properly l have to take 2,3 breaths in one sentence
