Health Q&A
Lightheadedness

I always feel a lightheadedness with pain at base of my skull which sometimes goes to back of the ears. My neck remains stiff too. I got rhinitis allergy once at 2019, my nose feels congested too. It's disturbing, i feel lack of focus in studies with this. Is this ear issue or neurological or bone? Whom should I meet ENT? or orthopaedic or neuro surgeon?

Foot and calf  pain

Hello Docs, Hope you all are doing well. For the past week, whenever I go to bed, I experience pain in my foot and calf. To relieve the pain, I need to  place a pillow on my foot for pressure, which helps me fall asleep. The pain usually disappears once I start walking. Could you please advise what might be causing this and suggest remedy for this. Thanks to all in advance 😊

Neck and lower back pain

I have severe neck pain and I’m unable to sit properly or watch a movie because of the pain. The pain starts from my neck and shoulder and radiates down to my right thumb. When I use a computer mouse, I experience numbness from my thumb up to my elbow, and this has been happening for the past two weeks. Recently, I also developed severe pain in the left side of my buttock, slightly toward the middle/side of the muscle. The pain is so severe that I’m having difficulty walking, and I also have significant back pain even when I’m at rest. I had an X-ray, but it was normal. If the X-ray is normal, what could be causing this severe neck, arm, buttock, and back pain?
